✔ Self Check-In: The home features easy, contactless self check-in using a secure keypad. Your personalized entry code will be sent prior to arrival. ✔ Basement Stairs: Please use caution around the basement stairs and watch your step when accessing that area. 📑 House Rules: To keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, smoking and unauthorized pets are not permitted. Additional cleaning fees may apply if house rules are violated. ✔ Respect the Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and respect neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. ✔ Guest Count: Please ensure the number of guests matches the reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval. ✔ Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every guest. If you have any questions before or during your stay, we’re happy to help! ✔ I ask the primary booking guest to sign the rental agreement for the group and submit a credit card for the security deposit hold. This step must be completed to receive check-in instructions. This is NOT an extra charge! The hold will be released within 1-2 days after checkout as long as our house rules were honored and no significant damages were found (extra hot tub cleaning, misuse or missing bicycles, broken furniture beyond normal wear/tear, etc). For guests with multiple 5 star reviews, we may waive the need for the security deposit hold. ✔ Our property is privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances, amenities or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.
